You hereby authorize that we may communicate with you via text message. Your cellphone carrier’s (each, a “Carrier”) standard message rates will apply to any message sent by you to by us, your receipt of texts from us, and all subsequent text messages. Other charges may apply. You shall be solely and exclusively responsible for all charges billed by and payable to your mobile Carrier. We assume no responsibility or liability for any delays in the receipt of any text messages or other communications. Delivery of communications, including, without limitation, text messages, is subject to Carrier data requirements, connectivity and your device settings. Consent to receive such messages is not a condition of making any purchase. The maximum number of messages per month from us to you may vary. You can unsubscribe from text message communications at any time by texting STOP to the number that appears from us in your text message. If you no longer have the original text message, you may email contact@a-towncarwash.com to opt out of transactional messages and promotional messages, and we will use its reasonable efforts to answer your opt out message in a timely manner.
• We maintain “do-not-call” and “do-not-mail” lists as mandated by law. We process requests to be placed on do-not-mail, do-not-phone and do-not-contact lists within the times scales required by law.
• EMAIL: You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time. To stop receiving our promotional emails, follow the unsubscribe instructions in the email messages you receive from us, or contact us using the details provided below. A. California Shine the Light
Residents of the State of California have the right to request information from D Net Commercial regarding other companies to whom we have disclosed certain categories of information during the preceding year for those companies’ direct marketing purposes.
